Tadi sempat baca manual, dan udah ketemu masalahnya. ternyata settingan fast idle adjustnya yg gak tepat jadi bensin gak lancar, sekarang udah enak, cuma masih lemah ditarikan. mau stel klep dulu deh. mungkin gak tepat topnya. di Manual jelas banget cara nyetel klepnya. berhubung toolnya gak dukung ya terpaksa bawa ke bengkel.

pkkny om up mark camshaft ktm ma white mark crank,ato pake sdotan bwt ngcek tdc silinder no1..Kalo top ga ktm pengapian ma timing valve ga pas om..
Delcony dah diganti?,msh brebet ga?..

delco udah ganti, tapi CDI ngambil yg lama. soalnya bagusan yg lama. udah gal brebet, cuma tarikan gigi 3 sangat lemah. curiga sih emang pengapian gak tepat, soalnya nanjak lemot banget

Td pas ngelulurin si lx,iseng raba2 mesin,eh pas pegang selang pcv tauny lepas yg dh crankcase,cape dh,,brrt slm ini intake gw bcor..Pas bersihin selangnya yah pecah2 dlemanny..
Btw knp ya mbil dibuat pcv kyk gni?,slain alasanny u/ tdk mencemari udara..Kalo lubang tmpat pcv valve nangkring dibuntuin trus di uap crank case dibuang ke alam gmn ya?..

Ada kok om yg dimodif jadi gitu, uap oli disalurkan ke oil catch tank yg diberi open air filter, lubang bekas PCV valvenya ditutup.
Teorinya katanya bikin pembakaran lebih bersih karena tidak terkontaminasi uap oli, lalu campuran udara dan bensin juga lebih presisi dan stabil. Saya pernah coba, tapi hasilnya malah membingungkan......

stau saya yg modif oct itu pcv valve tetap pd tempatnya,cuman ditambah oct (oil cacth tank) di tengah2 selang antara pcv valve dng crankcase jd oli ketangkep di tank itu yg kebkar cuman uap aj,,ad yg pake filter bensin sbg oct lho...
Nah itu dia om kalo ada pcv cmpuran udara+bensin kan trkontaminasi ma uap oli,trus knp dipasang gt ya?,alasan prtama sh biar tdk mencemari udara,tp alasn laen ap yak?,mungkin ad yg tau?...

Itu yg model close loop om... ada lagi yg model vented to atmospher yg pake filter kecil....malah ada juga yg dibuang ke exhaust...

Setelah td iseng ganti selang dng yg transparant u/ pcv trnyata dr uap crankcase menghasilkan embun yg menempel di dinding dlm selang trsbut,,nah bgm kalo embun/butir2n air ini msuk keruang bkar,ato blik lg ke crank case..Uap panas psti menghasilkn butiran2 air,,kalo pake Oil Cacth tank apa selang yg ke intake trbebas dr butiran tsb..Mhn pncrahanny teman2.
